About Me

Before starting my own insurance agency specializing in Technology Errors & Omissions and Cyber Liability Insurance, I built my career in information technology. I worked as a network & systems administrator, managing large datacenter environments, firewalls, and security tools across dozens of branch locations. I also spent time in desktop support, where I learned the value of clear communication and customer service by solving hundreds of technical issues for end users.

Along the way, I earned a B.S. in Cloud Computing from and over 15 industry certifications. My training and certifications have included Cisco CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, and Developer Associate, CompTIA Security+ and Project+, ITIL 4 Foundation, and others. The knowledge from my degree and previous certifications as well as hands-on experience are a core part of my background.

This technical foundation is what sets me apart as an insurance advisor. I understand firsthand how networks, systems, and cloud platforms work, as well as how they fail. I have configured firewalls, monitored vulnerabilities, and dealt with the realities of data security in banking and education environments. That experience shapes the way I approach cyber and technology insurance: with an understanding of both the risks and the technology behind them.

Today, I focus on helping business leaders protect themselves with cyber liability and technology errors and omissions coverage. My goal is to provide clarity in an area where policies often seem complex and full of jargon. I take the time to explain coverage in plain language so you know exactly how it applies to your company. Whether you run a technology business or simply depend on digital systems to serve customers, I want you to have confidence that your risks are understood and addressed.
